The home that adapts with you.

ADDAPT brings together architectural design, advanced prefabrication, and long-term thinking to create housing that can respond to changing lifestyles, family structures, and community needs over generations.

Developed By Leckie Studio

Designed around a 2,400-square-foot structural shell organized into 800-square-foot increments, creating a flexible framework that can support multiple configurations throughout its lifecycle.

Componentized System

A single dwelling can transform into multiple homes, accommodate multi-generational living, provide rental opportunities, or adjust as household needs change, all within the same architectural system.

Adaptable Over TIme

When paired with a laneway module, the system can accommodate up to four dwelling units on a typical Vancouver lot, creating opportunities for diverse household types while maintaining a ground-oriented, neighbourhood-based approach to housing.
